Job summary

Carter's Inc. is seeking a Workday Strategy, Optimization & Leadership professional to design and optimize Workday HCM dashboards, master data governance, and processes.

The role focuses on delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive data-driven decisions across HR operations. You will partner with HR leadership and IT to align Workday capabilities with business goals, manage releases, and drive change through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience or training with Workday HCM, focusing on configuration and optimization.
• Expertise in HR operations, including Performance Management, Learning, and Talent processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel features required.
• Proven ability to consult with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize dashboards and workflows to provide insights for decision-making.
• Lead the design and optimization of scalable business processes with focus on usability.
• Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with goals.
• Maintain master data values in Workday and ensure data integrity through root-cause analysis.
• Lead and support enterprise processes such as performance cycles and learning campaigns.
