Job summary

HelloConnect in Inoza tower, BGC, is seeking a Workday and People Technology expert to manage backend configuration and resolve tickets. You will focus on scalable solutions, data integrity, and continuous system improvement rather than data entry, working with analysts across time zones.

You’ll collaborate with People Operations, define and test configuration changes, and build clear documentation while maintaining data privacy and governance standards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of hands-on experience in People Technology or HR systems with backend configuration.
• Direct experience with two or more Workday areas (HCM, Security, Reporting, etc.).
• Fluent English and ability to operate in a governed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday and People Technology support queue and provide coverage with analysts in other time zones.
• Investigate and resolve backend Workday configuration tickets with scalable fixes.
• Define scenarios, test changes, and validate system enhancements.
• Run data audits, ensure data integrity, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with People Operations to reflect operational needs in system changes.
