Job summary

Rivian is seeking a People Systems Solution Analyst to manage and optimize Workday configurations and automation. The role focuses on data integrity, AI-assisted testing, and cross-functional collaboration across HR teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in HRIS/People Operations, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Workday and ticketing tools. A fast-paced environment and strict confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of HRIS or People Operations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, JIRA.
• Must have experience utilizing an HRIS system; Workday preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of People data across Workday by designing and executing recurring audit programs.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven data reconciliation processes that cross-reference Workday records against authoritative sources; auto-classify and route exceptions.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and validation of new People system functionalities and configurations for performance and accuracy.
• Lead end-to-end testing, documentation, and validation of new Workday functionalities and release updates.
• Design AI-augmented regression testing frameworks that auto-generate test scenarios and dashboards.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging Workday AI features and assess fit with data privacy and change management.
• Maintain system process documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
• Partner with Employee Experience, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams to translate priorities into Workday configurations.
• Analyze People Systems landscape to identify optimization opportunities and reduce technical debt.
• Lead cross-functional special projects and initiatives and deliver on time.
• Advocate automation and AI to reduce manual steps and improve efficiency.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with data-privacy regulations.
