Job summary

Ridgeline seeks a Staff HR Operations & Technology Analyst to own and evolve the HR operations and Workday foundation that supports our People organization. You will drive end-to-end Workday configuration, automation, and service delivery, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Legal to translate needs into durable solutions, maintain governance, and elevate the employee experience while reducing repetitive work.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
• Deep hands-on Workday experience with configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of core HR operations across lifecycle including benefits, payroll touchpoints, and data governance.
• Builder track record redesigning systems, workflows, service-delivery practices, or operating models in a scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and operating model for Workday and HR Operations domains.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for high-impact HR Operations and Workday issues.
• Lead complex Workday configuration and optimization across processes, security, reporting, integrations, and workflow design.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders to translate ambiguous needs into clear recommendations and drive implementation.
• Run HR service delivery with intake, triage, escalation paths, and measurable service expectations.
