Qualifications

• 5-6 years of HRIS or People Operations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, JIRA.
• Must have experience utilizing an HRIS system, Workday preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of People data across Workday.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven data reconciliation processes.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and validation of new People system functionalities.
• Lead end-to-end testing and release updates of Workday functionalities.
• Design AI-augmented regression testing frameworks.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging Workday AI features.
• Maintain system process documentation.
• Partner with various teams to translate strategic priorities into Workday solutions.
• Analyze People Systems landscape for optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional special projects as assigned.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with data-privacy regulations.
