Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end multi-state payroll using Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will coach payroll colleagues, optimize cycle timing and data flows, lead regular and off-cycle runs, perform pre- and post-payroll audits, and safeguard SOX controls while keeping tax withholdings aligned with federal, state and local requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive corporate payroll operations.
• Advanced Workday payroll processing experience.
• Multi-state payroll knowledge and compliance expertise.
• Experience coaching and developing payroll staff.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll Execution & Workday Management.
• Lead end-to-end and off-cycle payroll cycles across states.
• System optimization and payroll configuration with HRIS.
• Oversee data integration of timekeeping, benefits, bonuses, and tax deductions.
• Maintain compliance through audits and tax configurations.
• Uphold internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Coach and train payroll team members.
