Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of progressive payroll experience in a corporate setting.
• Advanced expertise with Workday Payroll workflows and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
• Experience in multi-state compliance and wage-and-hour laws.
• Experience in leading and developing payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple states, including off-cycle and year-end cycles.
• Optimize Workday configurations and collaborate with HRIS for seamless integrations.
• Oversee timekeeping, benefits, bonuses, and tax deductions data integration.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to safeguard data integrity and SOX controls.
• Design and deliver Workday training and coach payroll staff.
