Qualifications

• Discretion with sensitive information and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll processing end-to-end and ensure on-time payments.
• Maintain Workday as the system of record and coordinate with external partners.
• Respond to Team Member pay, benefits and time-off inquiries.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, life events and leave tracking.
• Drive accurate onboarding, changes and terminations with compliant data.
• Support compliance filings and maintain documentation.
