Job summary

Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Wisconsin. You will oversee biweekly payroll processing and act as the Workday HRIS expert, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and operations to optimize our systems and processes.

You will develop dashboards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting payroll administration and HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, deductions, garnishments, and compliance.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll and HRIS functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to build effective relationships across departments and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For – Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience supporting payroll administration and HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, deductions, garnishments, and compliance.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll and HRIS functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to build effective relationships across departments and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro Certification in Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, or related modules.
• Experience leading HRIS enhancements, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
