Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Workday PATT Functional Analyst to support and enhance Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking within a complex, multi-entity environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support ongoing configuration, test system changes, and help ensure downstream impacts across Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence are properly understood and managed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and functional configuration skills.
• Experience supporting Workday in a complex or multi entity environment.
• Ability to work independently and own issues through resolution.
• Workday certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve complex functional problems.
• Support testing, UAT, Workday releases, and configuration changes.
• Assist with new companies, pay groups, and employee populations.
• Support reporting, EIBs, integrations, and data validation.
• Partner with internal teams and external support resources as needed.
• Evaluate downstream impacts of configuration changes across PATT.
