Job summary

SC Works seeks a Workday PATT Functional Analyst to support and enhance Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking across a multi-entity environment.

The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, configure ongoing changes, test system updates, and understand downstream impacts across Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and functional configuration skills.
• Experience supporting Workday in a multi-entity environment; ability to work independently.
• Workday certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve complex functional problems.
• Support testing, UAT, Workday releases, and configuration changes.
• Assist with new companies, pay groups, and employee populations.
• Support reporting, EIBs, integrations, and data validation.
• Partner with internal teams and external support resources as needed.
• Evaluate downstream impacts of configuration changes across PATT.

Workday PATT Functional Analyst

Our client is seeking a Workday PATT Functional Analyst to support and enhance Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking in a complex, multi entity environment.

This individual will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support ongoing configuration, test system changes, and help ensure downstream impacts across Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence are properly understood and managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve complex functional problems
• Support testing, UAT, Workday releases, and configuration changes
