Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Workday Operations Analyst to oversee employee lifecycle operations across the US and Canada. You will act as SME on ES Operations, manage complex terminations, I-9 compliance, and comprehensive data audits in Workday.

You will partner with Legal, Payroll, IT, and ER to drive process improvements, automation, and documentation. A strong focus on data quality and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Shared Services in a multinational tech company.
• Proven Workday HCM operations, data updates, and reporting experience.
• Experience managing separations and compliance (I-9, work authorization) in US/Canada.
• Hands-on AI tools and process automation to streamline workflows.
• Advanced Excel to analyze, audit, and reconcile HR data.
• Ability to handle high volumes of complex HR policy inquiries via tickets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across US and Canada.
• Lead I-9, GWA compliance programs, and Workday data audits.
• Maintain data integrity across upstream and downstream systems.
• Support process transitions and automation, including UAT for Workday changes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, IT, and ER on policy alignment.
• Act as SME for high-volume employee inquiries and escalated tickets.
• Document SOPs and KB articles for ongoing operational readiness.
