Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Workday Operations Analyst to oversee employee lifecycle operations across the US and Canada.

As an ES Operations SME, you will manage complex terminations, I-9/GWA compliance, data auditing, and complex case management with Legal, Payroll, IT and ER. You will drive process improvements and automation, document SOPs, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Shared Services in a multinational tech company.

Responsibilities

• Terminate and manage complex voluntary/involuntary separations across US/Canada with compliance.
• Lead and audit I-9/GWA work authorization programs and vendor touchpoints.
• Conduct regular data audits in Workday to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support end-to-end process transitions and share knowledge across teams.
• Act as SME for high-volume, complex employee inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, IT, ER, and ES partners to align policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and drive process improvements.
