The ideal candidate will lead HRIS initiatives, align with business priorities, and ensure accurate data management and reporting across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms and Workday familiarity.
• Strong business process and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and implement HRIS solutions across Workday Learning and Talent modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize work.
• Lead data input reviews, reporting and process improvements.
• Provide end-user support and coordinate with HR functions to optimize HRIS use.
• Stay current on Workday updates and new features.
