Job summary

PNC invites applications for a Solution Architect in HR Information Systems. Based in Columbus or Cleveland, OH, the role leads Workday configuration across modules, partnering with stakeholders to enhance processes and implement new functionality.

The candidate will stay current on Workday updates and align solutions with enterprise priorities and risk management. As part of the HRIS team, you will drive design, testing and deployment, ensuring data integrity, system optimization and effective

Qualifications

3+ years of experience configuring and supporting at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design and implement the organization's HRIS platform and provide subject-matter expertise.
Consult on evaluation, design and analysis of HRIS and oversee related activities and projects.
Review data input, output and reports for HRIS accuracy.
Monitor and propose solutions to improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
Provide end-user support and coordinate with HR functions to ensure effective HRIS support.
