Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Workday Integration Lead in Dallas to design, build, and support a broad portfolio of Workday integrations across multi-tenant environments. You will use EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services to ensure secure, scalable data flows throughout the enterprise.

Work closely with HRIS, Finance, IT, and operator stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience with EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
• Experience building/supporting integrations across multi-tenant Workday environments.
• Strong knowledge of Workday web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, calculated fields, and integration security config.
• Hands-on experience with Workday tooling including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, PICOF, Document Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain the full portfolio of Workday integrations across operator and multi-tenant environments.
• Build and maintain a centralized integration registry with data flows, ownership, dependencies, and run schedules.
• Develop and support secure, scalable integrations with proper data segregation and security.
• Gather requirements from HRIS, Finance, IT, and operators to translate needs into technical designs.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse teams to facilitate data extracts and integration tools usage.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and implement robust error handling and logging.
