Welltower is seeking a Workday Operational Reporting Specialist to join our Dallas-based team on-site. You will design, develop, and support Workday operational reports and analytics across multi-tenant environments, partnering with HRIS, finance, and data teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

The role requires strong Workday reporting and SQL skills, data validation, and the ability to translate complex business questions into actionable dashboards and data extracts for Operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting/analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills and data validation experience.
• Experience with Workday data models and reporting objects.
• Experience delivering reporting in multi-tenant environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday reports and analytics across multi-tenant environments.
• Gather requirements from Operators and stakeholders and translate into scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Workday leads, data warehouse, and integrations teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform data reconciliation and root-cause analysis of reporting issues.
• Support semi-annual Workday releases through regression testing and validation.
