Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Technical Manager in the United States to lead cloud-based ERP and data-management implementations, coordinating with client and internal teams to drive lifecycle success.

The role requires hands-on experience as a technical lead/architect, managing a team, and delivering complex integrations (Workday, EIBs, Studio, Extend, Orchestrate). Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience as technical lead/architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership.
• Must have experience managing a team.
• Must have experience using Studio.
• Must have experience with Extend.
• Having experience with Orchestrate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation lifecycle from planning and design through go-live and post-production support.
• Collaborate with project teams and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems with technically sound recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor technical staff to ensure high-quality delivery.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
