Job summary

Huron is seeking a Manager to lead Workday Benefits implementations and drive strategic growth for clients in the United States. You will plan, shape and deliver technology solutions while mentoring junior staff and building strong client relationships.

This role requires 3–5 years of project experience, Workday Benefits expertise, and the willingness to travel 25–50%. You will collaborate with teams across consulting disciplines to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Workday Certification in Benefits
• 3-5 years + project implementation and/or minimum of 3+ full life cycle experience as Benefits Functional Lead
• Detailed understanding of Workday Benefits processes and best practices
• Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage
• Proficient in Workday Methodology
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to communication impactfully and to present at conference or a leadership audience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time when needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in mentoring others

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $214,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
