Job summary

ALS Global is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to design and maintain integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. You will work with HR/Payroll modules using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Studio to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday integrations development and support.
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio).
• Strong English communication; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio) for HR/Payroll modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specs.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure data accuracy.
