Job summary

HPS Investment Partners in New York, NY is seeking a Workday-focused professional to join the Enterprise Applications team. You will gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support Workday across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and related systems.

You will help design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIBs, APIs, RaaS) and monitor production issues while upholding data quality and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of Workday experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Financials, HCM, or Integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document current-state and future-state processes for Workday and related enterprise applications.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, system configuration needs, and integration design.
• Support Workday configuration, enhancements, and releases across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and related functions.
• Assist with Workday integration development (EIBs, RaaS, APIs, SFTP) and documentation.
• Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams.
