Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver training for Workday HCM deployments. You will work with SMEs to analyze needs, define objectives, and design training materials across modalities.

You will assess curriculums, engage stakeholders, and support training strategies and materials development. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in training development, plus proficiency with Articulate, Captivate, or Storyline.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience developing and delivering training using various modalities.
• Proficiency in instructional design methods and development tools (Articulate, Captivate, Storyline, or similar).
• Experience with ERP implementations like Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and identify options for course design.
• Develop objectives and design specifications (audience, prerequisites, objectives, duration, delivery).
• Structure content and activities for intended audiences.
• Assess curriculums and recommend improvements to meet objectives.
• Develop training strategies and materials for Workday HCM deployment.
