Guidehouse seeks a Workday Technical Lead to design, build and deploy Workday integrations for federal and DoD environments. You will lead a team of integration consultants, drive Studio, EIB and core connectors development, and work directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required. Five+ years in Workday implementations and 1+ year in integration development using EDI, Web Services, XML and related tech are essential.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required (federal or DoD).
• 5+ years implementing Workday.
• 1+ year integration development with modern technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.* Bachelor's degree* FIVE (5) or more years' experience implementing Workday* ONE (1) or more years' experience with integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc.).**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology.* Implementations involving deploying within a federal environment.* Familiarity with Department of War or Intelligence Community customers.* Experience working in HR environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizations.* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.* Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00.
