Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Workday Technical Developer to design, build, and support integrations that connect Workday with internal and external systems. You will act as a technical SME, ensuring reliable data exchange, performance, and compliance across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain.

You will design and implement interfaces using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services, coordinating with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years Workday or relevant system experience with integration planning, configuration, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Build solutions using Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Cloud Connect, and Web Services.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Workday and third-party applications across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot complex issues; perform root cause analysis.
