Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations that connect Workday with internal and third‑party systems. You’ll drive data flow, optimize performance, and ensure security and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, lead complex implementations, and maintain mappings and ETL processes using Workday tools (Studio, EIB) and SSIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interface architecture.
• Proficient in Workday HCM, Finance, Technology and OCM.
• Extensive Workday Report Writing - Custom Reporting.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot inbound / outbound integrations; Workday Integrations Certification preferred.
• Familiar with SQL / RDBMS and SharePoint.
• Experience with ETL/ESB middleware and API/Web Services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, WWS, RaaS, and SSIS.
• Gather and document integration requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and standards.
• Maintain Accounting Center integrations and mappings.
• Review test cases and support UAT.
• Document technical designs and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
• Lead complex integration implementations for seamless data flow.
• Provide incident support and integration monitoring.
• Ensure data accuracy and security compliance.
