Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Interface Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise systems. This role focuses on hands-on delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs with emphasis on reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Workday integration development, strong Studio skills, and a solid understanding ofWorkday security and data model. Remote work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Code and design reviews, mentorship of junior engineers.
• Ensure reliability, security, and data quality in integrations.
