Job summary

• Design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations end-to-end.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and connectors.
• Develop custom integrations and solutions for internal and external systems.
• Analyze integration requirements and recommend the appropriate technology, such as EIB, connectors, Studio, or APIs.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues independently.
• Support transformation initiatives as well as ongoing BAU integration requirements.
• Work across multiple Workday functional areas and integrate Workday with third-party applications.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver solutions with minimal day-to-day guidance.

They should be comfortable owning integration requirements from design through deployment and have the technical judgment to determine whether a solution should use EIB, a connector, Workday Studio, or APIs.
