Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Workday Integration Developer to join the People Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations end-to-end.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and connectors.
- Develop custom integrations and solutions for internal and external systems.
- Analyze integration requirements and recommend the appropriate technology, such as EIB, connectors, Studio, or APIs.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues independently.
- Support transformation initiatives as well as ongoing BAU integration requirements.
- Work across multiple Workday functional areas and integrate Workday with third-party applications.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver solutions with minimal day-to-day guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Workday Integration Development experience.
- Workday Studio experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience with EIB and custom Workday integrations.
- Experience working with Workday APIs and external system integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and best practices.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and determine the best integration approach.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Extend.
- Experience with Workday connectors.
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party applications and systems.
- Exposure to multiple Workday modules, including:
- HCM
- Compensation
- Third-Party Payroll
- Onboarding
- Time Tracking
- Absence
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient Workday Integration Developer who does not require extensive hand-holding. They should be comfortable owning integration requirements from design through deployment and have the technical judgment to determine whether a solution should use EIB, a connector, Workday Studio, or APIs.
