Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and other enterprise applications. Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise with EIB, CCW, PECI, Workday Cloud Connect, APIs, XML, and XSLT, along with experience supporting complex enterprise integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, CCW, PECI, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Develop and support payroll interfaces using PECI and PICOF.
• Build integrations using Workday Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Develop complex XML and XSLT 2.0 transformations and troubleshoot data mapping issues.
• Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday Reports.
• Support Workday Document Transformation and Object Transporter 2.0 (OT2).
• Integrate Workday with third‑party payroll providers, vendor applications, and enterprise systems.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Monitor production integrations, investigate failures, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate integration deployments and migration activities across development, testing, and production environments.
• Gather and analyze integration requirements with HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, and Legal stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, mapping documents, and support procedures.
• Provide production support and ensure reliable operation of enterprise Workday integrations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-7 years of Workday Integration Development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Integrations and Integration Cloud.
• Experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of PICOF and payroll integration processes.
