Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations for Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting in a global organization. You will own the end-to-end integration lifecycle using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.

Based in Birmingham or Atlanta, you’ll join a brand-new team and help keep HR processes reliable and compliant. The role requires 2+ years of Workday HCM integrations and strong security, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday HCM integrations experience.
• 2+ years with Workday integration types: EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• 2+ years creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• Knowledge of Workday security.
• Experience with document transformation (XSLT, XPath).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Build and support HCM integrations across Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Provide production support and respond quickly to incidents.
• Write test cases and peer review fellow developers' code.
• Document each phase of the development lifecycle.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Compensation

• Up to $132,000, depending on experience
