Job summary

UST in Orlando, FL is seeking a Workday Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Workday implementation and consulting projects. You will work with Project Managers, Workday Consultants, clients, and internal teams to coordinate activities and keep projects moving forward.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and proactive status reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with technology, software implementation, ERP, HRIS, or consulting projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Workday implementation, optimization, and support projects.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and trackers.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Support project status reporting and client communications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and project records.
• Coordinate activities across Workday Consultants, Project Managers, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and other project activities.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalated them appropriately.
• Support multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
