Accenture is seeking a delivery-focused Workday Project Manager to lead complex programs and build trusted client relationships. You will oversee cross-functional teams, governance, and a structured delivery approach to achieve clear business outcomes.

You will coordinate Workday delivery from mobilization to stabilization, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and partner with sponsors to drive value across the program. This role sits in Orlando with a global Workday practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Workday implementations or related engagements.
• Minimum of 3 years leading Workday deployment through planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning multiple disciplines.
• Proven track record in project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control.
• Experience with project financials and staffing in a consulting or client-services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or managed services programs from mobilization through stabilization.
• Own the integrated delivery plan including scope, schedule, milestones, and budgets.
• Establish governance, status reporting, escalation paths, and documentation standards.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Workday workstreams, data, security, testing, and training.
• Partner with sponsors and workstream leaders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies with clear owners and deadlines.
• Monitor delivery health and take corrective action to protect scope, schedule and quality.
• Lead project financial management including forecasting, staffing, and variances against plan.
