Experience with Open Enrollment and Benefits integrations

Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance

Proficient in report writing (Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
