Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience including admin, config, and architecture.
• Design and implement Workday solutions across multiple modules.
• Experience with integrations and data integrity/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Workday HCM administration, security, and data management.
• Architect and implement Workday modules and integrations with downstream systems.
• Governance: document, change management, testing, and release management.
• Lead cross-functional HR/IT projects and mentor teams.
