Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Analyst to join the People and Culture team in a hybrid Chicago-based role. You will own Workday reporting, build dashboards, and partner with HR, payroll, finance and operations across the US and UK to provide timely insights.

You will design advanced Workday reports, translate business requirements into solutions, and ensure data integrity and governance. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workday HRIS Analyst or Reporting Specialist.
• Proven ability to build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (advanced/composite).
• Strong understanding of HR data structures (HCM, payroll, time, absence).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Excel/Power BI/Tableau for supplementary analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for HR, payroll, finance and stakeholders across geographies.
• Develop configurable security and access controls within Workday reporting.
• Monitor data quality and perform audits to resolve discrepancies.
