Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM and end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience configuring Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Project management experience leading system implementations or enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Workday modules including HCM, Time, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of Workday releases and new functionality.
• Develop dashboards and advanced reports for HR metrics.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of Workday.
• Support Workday data integrations across the US and Canada.
