Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum five years office experience, ideally in HR with direct payroll responsibilities using Workday.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job titles, pay grades, and pay ranges within the HRIS system.
• Process all payroll runs by reconciling timesheets and producing reports for accounting and other stakeholders.
• Manage multi-state tax tasks and coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure tax compliance.
• Generate periodic Workday reports and year-end payroll filings (W-2s, 1094/1095).
• Maintain employee forms, retirement plan data, and COBRA-related documentation.
• Reconcile retirement plan deferrals and vendor reports; manage insurance enrollments and billing.
