Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to join the Workday team. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Workday Analysts, supporting HR Business Partners and managers with daily system needs and partnering with the Director of HR Technology on roadmap and governance.

The position oversees biannual Workday releases, configuration, testing, training, change management, and communication, ensuring data privacy, security, and compliant HR processes across modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive Workday HRIS experience.
• Preferred Workday Pro Certification in Core HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation.
• Experience with governance, security, testing, and releases.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday across modules and maintain configuration.
• Lead roadmap items and project manage enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Coordinate biannual Workday releases and testing.
• Oversee security roles, permissions, and data privacy.
• Collaborate with HR Partners to translate needs into Workday solutions.
• Develop training materials and communicate new functionality.
