Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional configuration experience, including Core HCM.
• 2+ years leading, supervising, or directing the work of others in HRIS or a similar team.
• Configuration experience in Recruiting, Talent, Performance, or Absence modules.
• Experience with EIBs, mass data loads, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HRIS team, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Own Workday configuration, testing, documentation, and compliance for global HR/Payroll.
• Manage day-to-day Workday operations and ensure tenant stability and security.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to resolve issues and support country rollouts.
