Job summary

Aven Hospitality, a tech provider for hospitality, seeks a Senior HRIS Manager to own and optimize the Workday platform globally. You will configure, test, and troubleshoot, serving as the internal Workday expert and partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to scale our HR technology.

You will oversee two HRIS analysts, drive enterprise architecture, and lead Open Enrollment, merit, and bonus cycles. This role emphasizes governance, data security, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Workday experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading Open Enrollment, merit and bonus cycles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in integrated HR systems.
• Experience managing consultants or implementation partners.
• Mentor analysts and lead reporting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to global HRIS operations and two HRIS direct reports.
• Lead configuration and enterprise architecture across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and more.
• Own day-to-day Workday administration, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
• Manage 10+ concurrent HR technology projects and governance standards.
