Job summary

H&P is seeking a Supervisor, HR Support Center to lead a global HRIS support team (US and India) and provide advanced functional expertise across HR systems, including Workday.

The role focuses on resolving complex issues, driving process improvements, maintaining data integrity, and supporting HR initiatives across a multinational workforce. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 7-10 years progressive HR experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years supporting Workday.
• 2 years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating global HR operations and support functions.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary global HRIS expert and escalation point for complex system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee data/workflow issues in the HR system with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver HRIS training and process documentation for HR, managers, and employees.
• Lead HRIS user adoption initiatives and improve system utilization and employee experience.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and data quality monitoring.
• Support HR technology platform deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend efficiency, compliance, and reporting improvements.
• Develop and report HR Support Center service metrics and trends.
• Manage and develop a global HR support team (US and India).
• Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for direct reports.
