Job summary

Vroom is seeking an HRIS Manager to own the strategy, optimization, and maintenance of the HR Information System (Workday) across the organization. This technical role also drives reporting, analytics, and data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
• 7+ years in HR, IT, or business analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with analytics/BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and HR tech.
• Configure, implement, and maintain Workday core HCM and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Create reports and dashboards; manage data integrity and security.
• Provide training and mentorship to HR Operations.
