Vroom is seeking an HRIS Manager to own the strategy, optimization, and maintenance of Workday and related systems within HR Operations. The role partners with stakeholders to automate processes and improve efficiency, serving as a mentor and Workday advocate across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR/IT experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on Workday configuration knowledge across modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience supporting, administering or configuring Workday across multiple modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and Workday configurations.
• Configure core HCM modules and supporting components (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting).
• Create reports, analytics and dashboards for leadership and HR Ops.
• Train and mentor HR Ops colleagues to grow Workday expertise.
