Job summary

Valley Health is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

You will act as a functional and technical lead for complex HRIS initiatives, drive data governance and reporting, and mentor others while ensuring system integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field required.
• 5–8 years of HRIS, business systems, or HR technology experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Payroll and Workday Time Tracking.
• Advanced Workday functional configuration experience including security and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops, configures, and maintains Workday Payroll and Time Tracking systems.
• Lead complex HRIS initiatives as functional/technical lead.
• Establish system standards, governance, and documentation.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and analytics for workforce planning.
• Lead testing, releases, and change management activities.
