Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst in Dallas to lead Workday HCM implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance. You will ensure data integrity, enhance system functionality, and generate actionable insights for HR and business leaders.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and elevate the user experience across HR technology platforms through reporting, automation, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources and/or Technology preferred.
• 5–7 years of enterprise HR tech experience.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting admin, configuration, integrations and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Phase 1 data conversion and test management.
• Strong HR process knowledge and data governance.
• Hands-on experience leading system implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, launch, and post-go-live stabilization of HR technology initiatives.
• Serve as SME in HR tech, identify gaps and partner with IT on improvements.
• Administer and support HR systems, including access, uploads and audits.
• Maintain documentation: business requirements, data flows, controls, security/privacy.
• Configure HR platforms within change management framework; manage workflows and rules.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and metrics (headcount, turnover, retention, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance).
• Enable adoption and change readiness; support training, communications and job aids.
• Ensure data privacy and security policy compliance and data governance practices.
• Research HR tech trends and assess value; collaborate on upgrades and integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships to maximize HR tech investments.
