embecta is seeking an HRIS Technical Administrator to own Workday configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement. You will partner with HR, Finance and IT to ensure data integrity and a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Proficiency in Core HCM modules: Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Reporting.
- Strong analytical and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Workday configuration & admin subject matter expert.
- Configure and maintain HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent and Absence modules.
- Lead changes from requirements through testing and deployment.
- Provide training and support to HRBPs and managers.
