Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, HR or related field and 2+ years HRIS experience (or equivalent).
• Associate degree and 4+ years HRIS experience (or equivalent).
• Six years HRIS experience or applicable systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for recruiting and core HCM processes.
• Act as project manager for HRIS projects and initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues.
• Configure HRIS business processes.
• Support report development and dashboards.
• Manage user security and aids in upgrades/testing.
