Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our growing team supporting and optimizing our Workday environment. This role handles the successful integration of newly acquired organizations and ongoing system support, configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity. Responsibilities include configuring Workday structures, coordinating acquisitions, performing data conversions, and

Qualifications

3–5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM and at least one additional Workday module.
Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, EIBs, reporting, or data management.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve routine and moderately complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration across HR, Payroll, Finance, and other teams.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday organizational structures and locations.
Support integration of acquisitions into Workday (Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence).
Coordinate data conversions, mass data loads, and historical pay data loads with Workday EIBs.
Provide day-to-day Workday and HR system support; troubleshoot issues and document processes.
