Job summary

Acrisure, LLC is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will support and optimize our Workday environment, including onboarding acquisitions and maintaining data integrity across HR, Payroll, and Finance.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years of HRIS/Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to resolve issues and implement process improvements. On-site with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Workday Core HCM experience with at least one additional Workday module.
• Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, EIBs, reporting, or data management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday organizational structures, including supervisory organizations, locations, and related system setup.
• Support the integration of new acquisitions into the Workday environment (Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, etc.).
• Coordinate and perform employee data conversions, mass data loads, and historical pay data loads utilizing Workday EIBs.
• Provide day-to-day support for Workday and related HR systems; manage and prioritize incoming requests.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
