Job summary

Acrisure LLC is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst with deep expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and Extend to support and scale our global Workday ecosystem across regions. This hands-on role designs, maintains, and optimizes integrations and advanced reporting while enabling Extend to meet evolving enterprise needs.

Qualifications

5+ years HRIS experience; 3+ years Workday configuration
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Design, build, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
Document integration designs, data mappings, and support procedures
Design and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Develop advanced reporting solutions using composite, matrix, and trending reports
Support security, governance, and rollout of Extend applications
