Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, CS, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years in HRIS, data analytics, or related role.
• Experience administering, configuring, and supporting Workday.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and support Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent/Performance, and Benefits.
• Maintain Workday security groups and integrations; support releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with People & Talent and stakeholders to implement practical solutions.
